Bartender - Mixologist

Working for 13 years in food and beverage industry, making gin tonic and standard cocktails give me an idea to creat new types of cocktails.
Here is some cocktails that i made. They are on sale in ANA Intercontinental Tokyo, Japan where i've worked as Head Bartender.
Located in 36th floor, the view of the Mont Fuji is just beautifull during a nice sunny day.

This cocktail name is EMOTION RISE
It's made with jelly tequila on the bottom, orange sorbet, espuma
raspberry on top

This cocktail name is HYPLLUZION
It's made with Hpnotic liqueur, Champagne and pear syrup.

This cocktail name is TROPICAL BOUNTY.
It's a mousse, so you can't drink it. You must use a spoon to eat
this cocktail.
It's made with amaretto, vodka, fresh cream, pineapple juice, coconut syrup.












The cocktail is a Grape daiquiri
This is a new type of cocktail, this is an eatable cocktail.

This cocktail name is MB52
It's made with bailey's, kalhua sperification and cointreau.

Nice effect when the spheres of bailey's and kalhua explose in your mouth.

This cocktail name is Point break.
The bleu part remind me a wave and the white the beach.
I made with blue curacao, coconut syrup, vodka.

Point break was a movie with Patrick Swayze, the story was about surfing the highest wave in the world.
So i've tried to make the highest wave in a martini glass, which is look great.

This cocktail name is Meloney.
I made with Beefeater 24, melon liqueur, honey, protéine...

The name Meloney came from Melon and Honey.

This cocktail name is Oeuf a la coque.

It's made with vanila ice cream, rum, coconut syrup, mango juice, and a sperification of mango juice on top.

This cocktail name is XOpresso
It's made with Tequila patron XO cafe, silver and an expresso.

The chocolat on top, has inside sparkling sugar.
Great sensation.

This cocktail name is Chambille
It's made it with champagne, raspberry liqueur and strawberry caviar which i made by myself.

This cocktail name is Fashion sangria

It's made with red wine, and an fruit espuma on top.
When you are drinking, the foam and the red wine mix together in your mouth,
The cinnamon powder and the orange peel on top bring a nice fragance.
Delicious cocktail.

This cocktail name is Sweet cactus

It's made with tequila patron silver, aloe juice, fresh lime juice... salt around the glass.

A mini cucumber for the garnish.
A great cocktail for summer, very refreshing.

This cocktail name is Magic pudding

It's made with vanila ice cream, galiano, vodka, custard...

The garnish on top, caramel caviar and a caramel candy.
Sweet and delicious cocktail, great after dinner, like a cocktail dessert.
